Extensive description. The Red Snake is an art book with a medical theme: pityriasis, a disease that affects the skin. The author offers an explicit and precise diary of the reality of this condition, the lack of efficient medical alternatives, as well as the moments of despair he is going through.
The Carso Health Institute and Pfizer co-sponsor this work to support the cultural initiative represented by the Cuadernos de Quirón collection, an artistic project that seeks to give a voice to doctors and patients to share the perspective of the disease and the suffering.
